The dress my girlfriend wanted had some wrinkles in it that we didn't notice but the worker went ahead and steamed it for us. The whole taylor swift section was very well put together. Really just goes to show what workers can accomplish when they care about their work and when management gets out of the way and leaves them a degree of autonomy

This is a high end department store in every sense. The layout is easy to navigate, the decor is very nice, the place is always clean and tidy. There are nice touches like a live pianist playing on the 1st floor, little lounge areas to take a breather and a free gift wrapping option for most purchases. It's rare to find places that still pride themselves on providing the extras, this is one of them and I'm grateful for it.

Great store. Von Maur has nice, quality products. Great atmosphere. The sales staff are always friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking up close to the store entrance.

West Omaha, NE. Today we had our first experience at a Von Maur. We were impressed by the pianist playing “Rhapsody in Blue” on a grand piano downstairs; by the customer service of the gentleman at the men’s fragrances counter; and by the free gift wrap offered for items purchased. Their selection of shoes and petite women’s clothing is vaster than I’ve found at my favorite Dillards in Orlando! And they carry Vionic shoes which can be difficult to find (Macy’s doesn’t carry them). I made a purchase and proceeded to the gift wrap counter upstairs in the customer service area. The choices of gift wrap styles were adorable—-how I’ve missed that in other department stores! If we lived here we’d shop here all the time.

Made my first ever purchase at Von Maur yesterday. Michelle in Suits was our customer service representative and went above and beyond. She helped get me fitted and selected several articles for me to try on. She ended up closing me on a dress shirt, suit jacket, under shirt and belt. 10/10 experience!

Von Maur is my all-time favorite store in Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska. We go to Omaha Von Maur in December to take our kids shopping and get their picture taken with Santa just outside Von Maur at the Westroad mall. Our son loves the piano music. The employees are always kind and helpful. And the Von Maur shoe sale room might be one of my all-time favorite places to shop. Free shipping anywhere in the US so I tend to buy all my gifts at Von Maur and they gift wrap them for free. Von Maur will always have my heart.

If you need any assistance getting perfumes, Amy is your girl. She is so kind and sweet and certainly knows how to help you find the right scents. Not many people can provide a level of customer service like her. I hope she sees this one day!

Von Maur has a well organized store with an exciting selection of merchandise. Unlike some retailers with lots of clutter and made up sales, Von Maur keeps their stores in top shape. The pricing is fair, and you will find a limited number of clearance racks. You can easily identify their staff because they are well dressed, and they take an interest in communication with the customer.
